Bags & Abs
Throw on your boxing gloves, hit the heavy bag, and release all of life’s stress. This sweat pouring, full body workout is just what you need. Here, we emphasize the proper technique to punch and kick, along with particularly chosen abdominal exercises.

Power Punch
This is the class that put us on the map! The absolute best cardio/full body workout! Power Punch uses light hand weights and medicine balls as you punch, jump and kick off those extra pounds to today’s hottest music professionally remixed for class.

Combo Fitness
Our Famous Power Punch class with the addition of our Bags & Abs class. First half of the class will be kick started with our Power Punch class. Then, just minutes later, we will finish with the Bags & Abs class.

Body Toning
It’s a fun and effective body toning class. We will sculpt, shape, and mold you into looking your best for any occasion. We focus on the most difficult areas to have toned, and we make it happen.

Fight Club - Strike Training
MEN ONLY: This class is run by World Kickboxing Champion Chris “The Cannon” Wagner and, currently active Muay Thai fighter, Val Stoyanov. In our fight program we utilize a system that emphasizes the disciplines of Muay Thai, western boxing, and international kickboxing. Whether you want to have fun and get in shape with the motivation of training with fighters or have aspirations of entering the ring, this is the program for you.
