Cardio Kickboxing Cross Training

Are you looking for a great all around fitness class? After taking cardio kickboxing cross training classes, you will be ready for a bikini or wedding day in no time! This class will provide you with a full body workout utilizing boxing gloves, heavy bags, jump rope, and a medicine ball.



Kickboxing

Kickboxing sessions will benefit you greatly when you sign up for them. Not only will you have a powerful punch, even more so than ever. But your flexibility will be increased, skills of offense and defense will be increased, you will develop a kick, lose weight, tone up, and have a great way to defend yourself.



Power Punch

Need to lose weight for a special event, such as a wedding day? Power Punch is the best cardio class available for a true cardio workout & fitness routine. This full body workout utilizes light hand weights, medicine balls, and slamming music. You’ll lose weight all over and feel better about yourself in no time.



Bags & Abs - Power Punch Bags Combo

Looking for a great stress relief fitness class? Throw on your boxing gloves and start sweating! You will get a full body heavy bag workout from this class. This class emphasizes on proper technique as well as a hardcore cardio/abdominal workout. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to get in shape!



Body Sculpting Class

Tired of being jealous on the beach? Are you sick of having to wear a one piece? It’s time to make jaws drop when they see you! This full body cardio sculpting class uses weighted body bars, light weights, a medicine ball, and resistance bands. It is an ideal class for beach fitness!



Fit to the Core

Do you want it all? Whether you want a good class for beach fitness, bridal fitness, or stress relief, you will get the workout you’re looking for from this class! The Cannon Fit Club combines elements from Cross Training, Body Sculpting, Power Punch, Bags & Abs. This club meets two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m.



Men’s Fight Club

YOU LOOKING FOR A FIGHT? If so, you may want to think about this class. Headed by World Kickboxing Champion Chris “The Cannon” Wagner, this is the place for anyone who has aspirations of fighting in the ring, as well as those who just want to get in shape through kickboxing. Just remember, “Champions train champions.” This could be your opportunity waiting to happen!



Muay Thai

While taking a class with us you will develop skills such as a powerful kick, a hard hitting punch, the flexibility to move around easily, and defend yourself during competitions. In addition to that you will have lost weight and toned your body.



Private Training

Are you tired of going to the beach and feeling embarrassed? Do you have a few pounds that need to come off? Do you have trouble starting a workout program on your own? If you answered yes to these questions then it is time to let our personal trainers help you. Being fit is no longer a dream. It is a reality if you can make a phone call. Personal Training

Are you not comfortable with taking cardio classes in a group setting? Do you have schedule requirements that do not allow you to make it to class?
